My blog themes are about online business, internet marketing and SEO, i am trying to know that  keyword popularity  by Google trends, Google trends is good enough to show the keyword popularity. It can be our consideration before writing an article on our blog, the information showed by google trends is easy to understand. Keyword popularity is showed as graphic trends,  we can look at graphic trends based on the year or region. now we can go to URL

• Go to URL http://www.google.com/ trends

• we can type on the box with some keywords we want to analyze, for example : Internet Marketing, SEO, Online Business. Then press       button search trends,  the result is like this picture below

• If we look at  a graphic trends, it has two parts,

*  Search Volume Index on  the upper part, shows  graphic trends of keyword popularity level

* News Reference Volume on the bottom part, shows  amount of articles in the google news based on each keyword

• The graphic shows :

* Keyword SEO with orange graphic

* Keyword Online business with red graphic

*  Keyword internet marketing  with blue graphic

• we can look at scale of each keyword, that is :

*  Scale of internet marketing is 1.0

*  Scale of online business is 2.50

*  Scale of Seo is 3.05

• Describing of that pictrue above, we can conclude

Popularity  level of internet marketing is 1.0 is  basis to compare with other keywords,   SEO and online business, we can say         popularity  level of keyword  “online business”  is two and a half times the “internet marketing”, and  popularity level  of “SEO”  is   tree times more the “internet marketing”. Popularity level explains searching volume  of those keywords by people on Google seach engine,  so the searching volume of “online business” is two and half times the searching volume of “internet marketing”,  so that online business is more popular than internet marketing, and SEO the most popular one than others.

• This step can be early step to keyword research in determining theme of blog that we will write
